can someone PLEASE explain to me why this was a good book? i’m not saying that to be a snob, i just really can’t pick anything special out of it, there are way better options out there that don’t include a teacher all boohooey about how charlie is so amazing and special even though he’s just a fairly normal awkward kid. if someone could explain to me why that was a thing then that’d be GREAT, honestly, i would love to know.

anyway even though the book was eh i was still kind of excited for the movie but this looks dumb, but not dumber than the book, so i guess i’d go to see it except probably not.
